Hi all,

Can anybody tell me the procedure to obtain DSC when the existing DSC is lost/misplaced.

Should a FIR be filed to obtain new DSC or direct application for new DSC be made?

According to me you can inform teh DSC company to block. Therafter you can apply for new one. After that the same has to be roll checked in MCA 21 web site. No FIR is required to file.

Directly Call to the Vendr, Sometimes they Keep the back up copy of the DSC.

No need for any type of Compalints, Because it results into nothing.

When You Purchase the new DSC and do Role Check of it on MCA, the Old DSC will automatically blocked.

u just apply for the new DSC, there is no need to file any complaint because no benefit will arise to u with such practice. if u dnt want to apply for the new because of the cost purpose, just call ur vendor from whom u ahd baught the dsc, he can provide u the same as all the vendors keep a copy of the same wit themselves
