Looking to buy 2 years plus pvt ltd company
I am reaching out to the forum looking for opportunities to buy a PVT LTD company which has been in operations for more than 2 years.
Criteria being:
1. Age of company > 2 years
2. Clear tax paid and audit filings
3. Preferably in the Software, IT, ITES etc sector
4. Should have verifiable papers and listings
