What are the options available to save Long term capital gain from property. Is paying outstanding bank loan will be deducted from LTCG. also advise other options.

No, You can't get exemption from long term capital gain by paying loan. There are some options available for exemption.
but what type of asset has been sold?? it will be depend on type of asset
