	Can a LLP take loan from person other than partners???or is there any other way to get fund by the LLPs???plz reply

	Dear Priyanka, As far as I know, there is no any restrictions for any LLP for accepting any loans. Regards, aditya.

	yes, there is no restriction to take loan from unrelated party.
