Llp registered address

Hi All,I am going to file form 2 of LLP. My query is regarding registered address of llp. Is it fine if i submit one of the designated partner's voter id card as registered office address of llp. Mentioned place ownership belongs to partner's father. If no how mca is going to check who is the owner of the residential regaistered address?Please clarify?

You mean electricity and phone bill in the name of partner. What else i can submit?? Suppose there are no utility bill on the name of partner. What should i do? Thanks for ur reply
