What is the cost of forming LLP with 2 partners with RS 20000 investment as total?

Is it worth doing myself for the economical reason (bootstraping now, could not afford for RS 9000 for LLP registration alone)?

Any alternative service welcome. I live in Bangalore, I can go with you if you charge nominal.
