My question in relation to number of audits reports of a a member can sign. Though the maximum no. of audit a member can do is guided by the ICAI or the Companies Act. But in the case of a firm with two partners is it necessary that each partner sign the audits individually as per their limit or a single partner signs all the audit reports while the other signs-NIl .

In Case of Partnership Conern, A Partner can sign the Audit Report upto his Limit, then 2nd partner has to sign the Remaining Audit Report.
e.g. One Partnership Firm has to sign 80 Tax Audit, then 1 Partner can sign upto 45 Audit only, then other Partner will have to sign remaining 35 Audits.
