I want to know under which head of income tax, Commision of insurance agent will fall??
Will it be taxed under PGBP and other sources kindly clarify??
please quotes section no. for reference.

It is better to take it under PGBP
section 37 of Income tax Act
as per sec. 28 of income tax act ,1961 commission of insurance agent chargeable under PGBP.
