Well i have few question

1. What are the maxium leave allowed to an articled in his 3.5 yrs articleship (PCC)

2. What leaves are count in the above? (such as leave taken for exam of PCC)

3. If a student is attempting the pcc exam for 2nd time do he allowed for 3months leave

4. Are the leaves allowed paid or not paid?

1) 1/6 th of Actual Period Served

2) Examination Days are Excluded for Calculating Leave days , means Exam days Extra leave not comes within the limit of 1/6

3) Its not 3M or 2M, not even attempt, you can avail unaviled leave eligible leave (1/6Th of period served) If fully aviled at the descrition of your principal, you need to serve for extra period

4) No payment would be given while on leave
