Please guide are PMs enough for CA final Law and Audit.Like only completely relying on PMs and RTP will fetch marks ? Thanks

I don't think so... Only pm is not sufficient.

PMs are sufficient revisions provided you have read Audit and Law once from the module or a text book i. e. Surbhi Bhansal and Munish Bhandari.

While PM is important, only doing the PM wont be sufficient.
For revision, use scanner. It will help a lot.
Do not skip PM at any cost
