Law marks calculation query

Is it possible to score 50+ if you attempt only 80% and dont quote a single section

But the content is 100% correct

In todays paper I left 20 marks :( but the rest of the paper was quite easy

I am asking because everyone gets so less in this easy subject

How much is the highest mark you can get in a 4,5,8 marks question w/o quoting section

That totally depends what you have written ur presentation skills and the way you write it.

when institute provide easy question then the checking procedure will definitely strict, so in order to score 50+ or exemption , u have to present your answer in best possible manner, so that there will no room for deducting a single marks. the intention of the institute to provide easy question is to  check your presentation skills.

presentation meaning? neat and legible, what else? I wrote the answer in the same way as given in munish bhandari in point form

presentation means: 1. not exaggerate the answer un necessarily 2. do cover all the points. 3. if possible Quote the section(optional) 4. write the answer in the pointwise manner if u have written the answer as what given in the Munish Bhandari book, u ll score goodmarks
