want to know if there is any difference in the recent and 2-3 attempts old books of corporate and allied laws by monish bhandari ??????????plz help in out as m having my friends book but it's 2-3 attempts old and m preparing for c.a. final exams to be held in nov 2012
Dear Tanvi, I will suggest you to refer a new book because a lot many amendments have been done in Companies Act.
Buy a new book it will make a whole lot of difference
