27 May 2015I have TDS payable of Rs. 13,100 by book entry on 31-03-2014. Till now I have not paid the same & not filed the return. Kindly send my Interest and penalty amt and calculation system, if possible.

Due date was 31/3/14 itself
No. of months delayed: 15
Rate: @ 1.5% per month: 22.5%
Interest: 13100 x 22.5% = 2948
Late filing fees u/s 234E: Rs.200 per day since due date of filing return (i.e. 15/5/14) or total TDS amount as per return, whichever is lower
