my total income is 350000 rs
payable tax 2500 has been deposited as TDS already...what will be the penalty if i fill return in march 18

Sir, it could be income of Financial Year 16-17 , because he has not explain that in which year he earned his total income .. if it for F.Y- 16-17 than The last date is 31st july of the relevent A.Y .. But According to the provision of section 234F if he filing after 31-3-18 he shall pay fee an amount of rs. 1000 if his total income is not exceed Rs. 500000
