Last date of form submission
Form 108 is to be submitted within 30 days from the date of termination.
What if 30th day is saturday or sunday as ICAI is closed ?? Can we submit form on monday... Without late fees??

You need to consider working day for submission and in case you are sending it by speed post, retain the postal department acknowledgement as it stands as the actual date of original posting for your future reference.
