XBRL is like Anna Hazare. In XBRL all the tags are defined in such a detailed manner that each item of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and other reports like Director's Report and Auditor's Report are covered in the tags. So it helps in preventing corruption. Moreever it helps in comparision of Balance Sheets.
