If anyone clears ca final in 3rd. attempt is there any chance of getting a job in Campus??

attempt doesnt matter much but although in campus interviewers are bit sceptical so u cant predict.

No. of attempts does not matter. just fill campus form online they demand last 3 attempt to qualify and if u are eligible then ur resume may be shortlisted.
