Its Urgent

Hello to all,

I already have PAN card with the wrong Date of Birth which is not in SSC mark list

now i hav to show the pan card as one of the proof, how to change the date of birth?

Do i cancel the existing PAN card ? and apply for the fresh one OR

can the department alter the PAN which is wrong one

Help me out its urgent.
