kindly use ITR 4..................
both ITRs can be used to file Tax Return For tuition income. HOWEVER, I personally would suggest ITR 4.
Every business who declare 8% profit of gross turnover or gross receipt under section 44AD file itr4s
If ur total income is Rs. 240000 only no need to file income Tax return for AY2015-16(FY2014-15)
If u maintain proper books of Accounts then file ITR 4
otherwise go for ITR 4S.
