Itr v received after due date
I had filed my IT Return on 28/08/2015 and sent ITR V on 23/12/2015 received by CPC on 26/12/2015 as per Speed
Post Record but CPC is showing it as received on 28/12/2015 ans shows it as "ITR received after due date". What should be done

As it is received after 120 days of filing date, it shows ITR Received after due date. But IT-Dept has extended the time to Jan. 31st 2016 for sending ITR-V to CPC.
So, in your case it is deemed to be received within due date and hence you don't have to worry.
It will be processed within few days.
