Itr v hard copy not submitted for ay 2013-14 to cpc

Hi Experts

I have missed to send the ITR V hard copy for AY 2013-2014 to CPC  recently I've noticed that the status for my last year's filing is still "Return Uploaded" realised it coz of hard copy not being sent within 120 days. How do I fix this? Please let me know my options.

File a revised return and send the hard copy...
