I am an employee in a pvt firm.
I filed my taxes online on 30-07-2012 but sent my ITR V quite late (06-Dec-2012)
Following is the (possibly) contradictory status shown (via sms/site)
1)
21-12-2-12 I got an sms telling that ITR V is recieved and accepted.
03-1-2013 i got one more message telling IT returns have been processed and Order 143(1) will be sent on email.
04-1-2013 i recvd email "Intimation U/S 143(1) for ..." with details.
2) On the online portal https/incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in (under my online account)it shows following status for my ITR
06-12-2012 ITR Recieved
06-12-2012 ITR Rejected "Filing date has exceeded due date"
29-01-2012 (several entries with message "ITR processed no demand no refund"
I am not sure if i have to refile the tax ? Any help/advice ?
