sir i have inherited 2 house after my husband's death. In one house i live and 2nd house is not in use. there is no house loan on both the properties.
I now get my husbands pension and interest from F.D. as source of income. please help me with the itr form number which i need to use for filing my return.

ITR 1 since no income is derived from any house property. The family pension and interest income will come under the head Income from other sources
