I received the Following SMS from ITD CPC on 01/08/2013:
"ITR for AY 2012-13, Ack No.____________has been processedat CPC. Order U/s143(1) will be sent on email id " I observe the email id is of CA Company who filed my return.
Despite reminders, the CA is not responding.
What does the SMS imply, In how many days the CA Company receive the Assessment Order from ITD. How can I obtain it from CPC directly. Any other advice. Regards
If you have last years ITR V or the efiling acknowledgement number, you can change your login password by clicking on "FORGOT PASSWORD" link and then selecting "Enter e-Filed Acknowledgement Number and Bank Account Number" option. You will be asked to enter an email id wherein the new password will be sent by the department. Use the new password to login and then change the password as per your convinence. Remember to update your contact details (email id and contact no) under "PROFILE SETTINGS"
After login, there is an option to apply for requesting intimation u/s 143(1) under "MY ACCOUNT" head. Enter the assessment year for which you require intimation and submit. You will get response in 2-3days.
