Itr query
i file a return of nr for ay 16-17 on 25.03.2017. by mistake i file the resedential status is resident. it is a belated return a case of refund . now how can i change it. pls suggest.

rectification is made against order. so are u say i wait for the order like 143(1) intimation. if they make assessment as resident and taxable all the income which he earn in foreign. then it is a long process to rectify that.
Let the refund get processed. No need to change anything if other particulars are disclosed correctly.
