Itr form
I m an lic agent & i earn 65000 from commission. I also earn salary from an telicome shop Rs 10,000/- per month, which is cash. No any form 16 & salary statement is given. Now let me know which itr form should use to file itr.

If you are earning 10000 pm as salary and 65000 pa as commission then you will not come under tax bracket so you can show commission income as income from other sources and you can use ITR 1 to file the return.
