ITR-4 since your income will be covered under Profit and gains from business and profession

If your gross receipts exceeds Rs.9 Lakhs during the financial year than you have to obtain service tax registration.

Still ITR 4 would be required. You have proper office, paying salary also.
One may need to get the business registered as per various laws or for their own benefit
For eg service tax registeration. But due to non registeration one can not change the itr form

I hadn't quoted w.r.t. the applicability of ITR Form. She asked regarding business registration so i quoted the relevant requirement of registration for his services.

Already informed that ITR-4 required so i just mentioned the requirement under service tax law.
