Please let me know if standard deduction u/s 24 is available against income from house property if I'm filing ITR 4S.
Also, if it's not possible then what options do I have for return filing to claim the sec 24 deduction against the one house property let out.

You have to fill the rent amount calculated after taking the standard deduction u/s 24 in Form 4S and select the property as let out.
