ITC on Inventory n for VAT +Service Tax

Sir,
we have stock of fabrics n unstiched n semistched goods ready to sale... 
earlier no any tax on fabrics ... 
we paid vat on packing materials and service tax paid on services...

so plz tell me about credit of 
inventory
vat paid
service tax paid .
