Hello Everyone, my client is using his car for delivering his Pharma kit to the retailers and laboratories , but he does not have a commercial passing. Can he claim GSt paid on his hatch back car ? Thanks in advance

d) Transportation of goods
ITC will be allowed on motor vehicles (and other conveyances) used to transport goods from one place to another. However, this is concerning other transporters and not goods transport agencies (GTA).
no he can't claim itc since he is not engaged in further supply
