ITC claim on Commercial Rent

our shop on rent then i have received Invoice (including GST charge) received from landlord (registered GSTN) then we have take ITC claim on Rent of commercial or immovable property.

Yes you can avail ITC over GST paid over shop rent.

if shop property in Haryana and landlord registered in Delhi we have Invoice ( IGST) received from landlord from delhi then will ITC claimable.

I mean that IGST charge on bill from landlord out of state then can we ITC claim

That is the concern of tax collector............ Once he collects GST he has to deposited to Government and whatever it be..... you will be able to utilize the credit..... IGST or CGST+SGST..... (better to educate him.......)

Our Branch office in Gurgaon (Haryana) and head office in Jaipur (Rajasthan) and we have registered in Rajasthan GSTIN, we do not have any registration no. in Gurgaon (Haryana). our land of Haryana and registered in Haryana GSTIN and he charged CGST & SGST on Rent Invoice. so can we take ITC on this invoice.
