Hi can anyone clear me...,that if the TAX was not paid by Seller.,Whether the purchaser will be disallowed from claiming ITC.

In a recent landmark judgement by Punjab & Haryana HC, it has been held that ------
Innocent purchaser can't be disallowed ITC for non- payment of tax by seller..
