Itat order received, now what?

Hi,

I had appealed to the ITAT against section 50C.An order was passed by the bench asking the CIT(A)  to carry out re adjudication of the property in concern as the property rates were considered on market rates as per the ready reckoner of the stampduty department. The case was not sent to the DVO for valuation. The order was passed in March 2013.

What is the next step? Do I have to wait for a letter from the CIT(A) or  need to contact him?

Please guide the further procedure.

Thankyou.

I think this a case of restoring back of file to CIT(A) as he has made some mistakes...so let him rectify those and then CIT(A) will pass fresh order .....so u need to wait for the same.......experts replies welcomed

it is surprising that on a forum of expert CAs the answer to my querry is not known by anyone.User Saurabh is not sure of the answer provided by him as he says that he THINKS.If expert professionals do not know the Income tax laws how are laymen supposed to know?
