Check if you have any interest income, other than sav bank account interest.
If no other income, but sav bank interest, reply accordingly.
May be you have to file revised return.

When will give Form 16 to employee AY 2019-20...? Salary as per following
Mr A - Rs. 350,000 - No TDS (After deductions)
Mr. B - Rs. 350,000 - TDS Rs. 1000
Mr C - Rs. 240,000 - Less than BEL...

For employee A & B you have to file 'File Format for Salary TDS File - Form 24Q - Q4 (Version 6.1)' for the forth quarter; so that form 16 can be downloaded from TRACES. [The excel file is not getting uploaded here, but you can download it from TRACES]
For employee C you can give 'salary certificate' which is equivalent to 'Nill TDS certificate'.
Actually it is easier to use any ready-made software for such job.
