A person cannot know more about IT act. He gets a property through inheritence. He sell the property and deposits money in the bank. After 2 years, his neighbour told that u have to pay tax for that amount. What is the solution for that?

Write a letter of condonation of delay in filling return to your Jurisdictional ITO, stating the facts, with offer to pay any tax, interest and penalty, if any.
