Issue of shares in lieu of remuneration of directors
Directors in Pvt. Company are not taking remuneration from few months due to low earnings. Can Company now issue shares to them?? If yes, what is the process

No you cant issue shares to them against remuneration
But most of my CS fireinds saying that we can issue for consideration other than Cash..
