Issue of form 16 from nsdl

is it mandatory to issue form16 & form 16A can we issue manualy, kindly help me on this.

BUT I THINK THAT IS IF U HAVE ONLINE TAN REGISTRATION ... DONT KNOW ABOUT MANUAL FILING

from 1st April 2011 issue of from 16A, downloaded from tin website is mandatory on Companies (includes Banking companies registered under Indian Banking Act 1949 & co-oprative bank , finiancial banking organization under 57 of the said Act. other Properietorp Concern, Firm, Co-opattive Sociaties , AOP, BOI may issue Form 16A downloaded from tin-website or issued manually .But from 1st April 2012 its manditory all of the concerns to issue From 16A after downloaded from tin-website. & issue of FROM 16 is not manditory to download ,one conern may issue it manually.
