Joining a What's app group, has it benefited students. What are its benefits and drawbacks. Is there any other alternative medium that according to you would beneficial.

Well for me its being very useful in every way...both whats app grp plus Facebook and other social networking sites....
Alternative medium are ther but whatsapp being the easiest and cheapest source currently
