I have cleared my CA Final in NOV-2011. 2nd group in NOV-2011 and 1st group in MAY-2011. I cleared one group at a time( both in one attempt), is that so bad ? Any Big 4 i go to or BMR they want rank holders or First attempt pass. I know many who have taken up their exams late just so that they clear in one attempt both groups. I took it up because I dint mind taking a chance. So is taking a calculated risk a bad thing as compared to delaying oneself just because of fear of failure. Why does noone look into the attitube behind writing exams ? I had the right attitude towards it I feel. Guys please help me out in getting a job where just clearing both groups in the first attempt is not the only criteria. The other thing they sai is I dont have experience, But how long does that take to learn ? I mean we were all born not knowing to walk. I worked in a small firm during my articleship but its not like I did nothing. I do have good experience as well. I know there are lots of people who did their articleship in dummy and just because they cleared in one attempt they get the go ahead. I have had reasonable experience and I have also had the right attitude. Why am I being ignored ? Guys please help me here. I stay in Bangalore, and i want a CA firm preferably the Big-4 or BMR or something like that. I am open to all jobs but my priority is

1-Tax

2-Risk Advisory

3-Audit.

I have also attached my resume, Please do help me out here.

I got many P.Ms stating im losing confidence:) guys, pls dont think iv lost confidence:) as already said, I have enough confidence in myself to believe I can pass even when the whole world thinks its not possible. It would take more than an elephant to keep me down, and no firm can tell how good or bad I am. I know that:) I just posted this because it is unfair, and hopefully others also will know whats going on:) and I may get some tips on how to get better.
