Please tell me if we dont take right amount of sleep in a day then is that true we are not able to retain and recall those things which we have studied in a day....like if you study for 16 hours in one day and in that day you sleep for 4 hours then brain mein itna jayda retain nahi ho payega jitna 6 hours ki sleep se hoga...is that true?
