Is shop and establishment certificate compulsory?
Hi, a friend of mine wants to open a business and he is going to utilize his residence as place of business as he's just renting a warehouse for storage and will be operating from there itself. He wants to be registered voluntarily for VAT. So is Shop and Establishment license is required?
