22 July 2014Is Service Recipient eligible to take CENVAT credit of the tax paid under VCES scheme.? And if yes the amount so paid Can only be utilised for the particular service for which the payment is made or any other service too.?

Yes, you can take the Cenvat Credit when you paid the output service on VCES Scheme but in some condition are not allowed for taken Cenvat Credit.
