But as number of employee is zero,will there be any professional tax deduction????
Or do we have to file professional tax of partners as employee?

Yes, but as partners. See Sr. 19 of Schedule 1 of Maharashtra Profession Tax Act

Dear Dhirajlal Sir,
We have formed registered partnership firm on 23 August 2016. Yet we haven't registered for professional tax (PTRC).
I would like to know due date for registration of PTRC.

It should be registered within 30 days.

Dear Dhirajlal Sir,
I am little bit confused.
I got suggestion from one CA as not to register firm under PTRC because in our firm we don't have any employee ( zero employee).
So,please make me clear about my confusion.
