Is it possible to track company transactions by tin number?

Hi,

  I just registered and got TIN number for my business. But I am not aware of anything about it. I want to know is it possible to track all the transactions of my business like who sent, what is the transaction amount these kind of thing by using my TIN number? If yes kindly please share the link for the site.
