Is it possible to convert an pvt. ltd. company to llp?
Ours is a new Pvt. Ltd. company incorporated in Dec. 2015. Is it possible to convert it into LLP? If yes, what are the formalities and how it can be done?

Yes, it can be done as per LLP Act, 2008 following the procedure mentoned tehrein. It will require filing of few forms and fulfiling certain requirements.
