I've generated an export order for Indian manufacturer and I'm due to receive 10% ( Rs. 25000 )of the export value. Now the supplier has asked to submit my invoice for claiming the commission.
I've therefore registered a Proprietary Company to raise my first invoice for sale of service.
Now I request your good office to let me know if any GST to be chared and if so what rate of GST would be applicable ?

Exports supply can be done by two ways
1 By bond
2 pay IGST and claim refund
