dear experts is dividend paid by one coop socs to other coop socs is exempt u/s10 as coop socty is not paying dividend distribution u/s115o

any divident paid which is not subjected to DDT(divident distribution tax) is taxable in has of the receipient.The receipient can be anybody individulal.company,co-op society etc.
