Dear Friends,
A private Limited Co intends to go for an IPO and get lisyed on BSE and Small Scale industries exchange.
Please share the detailed procedure for the same

Go through the definition of Private Company setion 3(1)(iii) of the Companies Act, 1956
if u want to have IPO convert your Comp. into a Ltd Comp.
Correct me if am wrong
ya but i want to know the entire procedure. What is to be done after conversion from pvt to public.
