I would like to know if the CARO,2015 changes is applicable to the november 2015 IPC Examination.

Yes, ICAI had made CARO 2015 applicable for Nov 15 exams..
But then the study material online has not made any changes.. Only the may 2016 study material has the changes regarding CARO 2015.
