Some Freight overseas invoices received only next month dated.For P/L purpose i have booked invoice in current date.is it correct or not?

Dear Friend,
You can record the transaction on the date of transaction itself even if it is different from the date of invoice. It happens many times that invoice dates are different from the date of transaction but you can record the transaction on the date when it occurred
